An endless history

Circumventor was born in 1995 where the fog wraps every being and not. Thus, dominated from the visions that it instills, fullmoon (Bass/Voice), crassae tenebrae (Guitar/Voice) and nefesh (Keys) join their forces in order to give life to a original project stiring sonorous extremism with atmospheres of the darkest films horror. Then, everything is enriched by texts rounding around concept created by fullmoon itself.

1995

Circumventor was born with this line-up:

- Fullmoon bass/voice

- Crassae Tenebrae guitar/voice

- Nefesh Keys

1996

After a training-year the first work went out produced by Necrotorture recs (NTR005) with title “Ata, Eta” in 2000 copies. It was distributed Europe-wide and several parts of the world obtaining good response from part of the public and magazine. Product is centralized on the history of two witches (Ata and Eta), than nourishing itself of the memories of the people...

1997

The new selfproducted demo-tape is out with title “Klanta”, the history of a wolf (Klanta) in searching of a passage for the quarter dimension. This receives unanimous praises in all the reviews and fanzines and comes elevated to top demo in several cases. The wonderfull reviews carry a discreet notoriety to the group that that become a detention point of reference for all the metal underground Italian and not. So it was distributed in 1500 copies in all the parts of the world.

1998

Franceso J. Perticone, well knowed guitarrist in the underground metal for his Sadium, enters in the group in order to reinforce the sonorous wall created from the guitars of Crassae Tenebrae and to give a touch of such more melodic and technique. Meanwhile an organization of groups is born (Horde of Nebulah) joined by Doublesion (solo project of Fullmoon), Sadium, Underworld Giubileo, Humanity Eclipse, Artificial Tears, Avatar..

1999

Circumventor gives to the press the new demo-tape "Deceptive superior dreams" a concept on the figure of the Master of the dreams, in limited editinon with 200 hand-numbered copies. Subsequently went out CD Norton X as well (the conclusion of the saga of Klanta), initially destined to promotion only, but then distributed also to the public. These works move on bizzarrish ways splitting the critic, a part, enthusiastic, scream to the miracle, wishing a serious deal as soon as possible (Metal Hammer), while the other part, denied the musical avantgarde trend of the group. In the same year the live activity of the band starts also.

2000

This represents a stop-year for the group, whose members are dedicated to their solisti plans and the musical collaborations with other groups.

2001

line-up get some changes with the income in formation of Cleos as Soprano-voice and escaping of Nefesh. With such formation they recorded "The 4th Dimension" from which 3 songs were extracted and used for “Advance CD 2001” promo cd for the upcomig of debut that obtains good good reviews in several 'zines. Ill-fatedly the master of The 4th Dimension it is damaged causing the loss of all traks, so nowaday it is unavailable.

2002-2003

It starts a period when moments of activity and inactivities are alternated until the definitive splitting up in 2003 with the premature departure of the guitarrist former member Crassae Tenebrae.

2006

Circumventor reform thanx to Franceso J. Perticone and Fullmoon that discover the verve of a past-time with the certainty to still propose of the fresh material of sure impact and originality in the pure Circumventor style...
